Will this work alongside AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD?
Yes. Notion isn’t a modelling tool. It won’t read a .rvt, .dwg, or .pln natively. So it never replaces your design software but it complements it.
· BIM standards & SOPs: documenting Revit/ArchiCAD workflows, modelling standards, family/library guides.
· Onboarding & training for new technicians.
· Project management: tasks, RFIs, drawing registers, deliverable tracking, deadlines.

We have ongoing projects mid-stream. Can we get organised without disrupting them?
Yes. Bringing live projects into the system is part of the build process. We’ve done this with studios running multiple active commissions simultaneously. The transition is managed, not thrown at the team all at once.
Will junior architects and admin staff actually use it?

How long does it take?
Most studios are up and running within three weeks from the first call. The first week is audit and scoping. The second week is build. The third week is onboarding and handover, followed by 30 days of support.
