Refund and Return Policy for NotioStore

Overview

NotioStore specializes in the sale of digital products. Due to the nature of digital content, which can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we maintain a strict No Refunds and No Returns Policy. Please read the conditions below carefully before making a purchase at NotioStore.

Digital Product Eligibility

Once purchased, digital products are considered used and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Since digital goods delivered via Internet download are inherently non-tangible and irrevocable, they are not eligible for returns.

Exceptions

There are no exceptions to our No Refunds or Returns Policy, however, NotioStore may consider replacing a digital product if there are technical issues with the product, such as corrupted files or other defects, provided that:

– You notify us within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
– You can prove that the digital product was not as described or was non-operational.

In such cases, please contact our support team, and we will evaluate the situation to offer a suitable solution, which may include replacement or troubleshooting to resolve the issue.

Refunds for Erroneous Transactions

While NotioStore maintains a strict No Refunds policy, refunds may be issued solely at our discretion under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate transactions or erroneous billing. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of your case.

Should a refund be issued, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been notified of a refund but haven’t received it yet:
– First, check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
